Howard Stern, adopting his alter ego of military legend, Private Parts, uncharacteristically, spoke without thinking today regarding an ARTVOICE article mentioning T and A in the city of Buffalo. The article was reporting on a Buffalo Common Council resolution decrying a "plethora of Talk and a dearth of Action" on such issues as The Peace Bridge, Bass Pro, and "Where Have All The Residents Gone".
"If Buffalo wants T & A, turn on my program fer gawds sakes", said Stern. "We got it in spades. With my looks, the babes with the best T & A you ever saw will keep coming like water over that real big falls that's someplace outside New York City".
